Brief Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures of Voluntary Service in Guannan County

分析了目前江苏省自愿服务工作的基本情况以及灌南县青年志愿服务工作的成果及存在问题,提出从"打造一支坚强有力的志愿队伍"、"完善一套管理规范的规章制度"和"推出一系列社会认同的服务项目"三方面推动志愿服务工作快速发展的对策。

The voluntary service level is an important measurement of social civilization and national morality.The current situation of voluntary work in Jiangsu province was analyzed,and the achievements and problems of the youth voluntary service in Guannan County were discussed.It is put forward to build up a strong team of volunteers,to perfect the management regulations,and to launch a series of services accepted by the society.
