摘要
目的开展佛子岭水库水质生态学监测。方法于2009年1—12月,对佛子岭水库进行水质理化监测的同时,进行浮游生物群落的生态调查。采用生物多样性指数(Shannon-wiener)指数(H)和综合污染指数(K)评价水质。结果共检出浮游藻类8门221种,以绿藻门、硅藻门和蓝藻门为主;检出浮游动物83种,以原生动物和轮虫为主。水库浮游生物数量为10.45×104~123.34×104个/L,H值为2.22~3.37,K值为0.56~0.73,藻类叶绿素a含量为2.40~2.74 mg/m3。结论佛子岭水库受到轻-中度污染,水质等级为II类,属中营养型水体。
Objective To know the change of water quality of Fuziling reservoir through ecological monitoring of water quality.Methods During 2009,the water quality of Fuziling reservoir was investigated by physicochemical monitoring and an ecological investigation on plankton type community had been done at the same time.The water quality was identified by Shannon-wiener index(H) and comprehensive pollution index(K).Results 221 species from 8 phylum in algae were detected,they were mainly chlorophyta,bacillariophyta and algae,and 83 species planktonic animals were detected,mainly protozoa and rotifer.The rang of plankton number per liter was from 10.45×105 to 123.34×105,and Chl-a was 2.40 to2.74 mg/m3.H value was 2.22-3.37,and K value was 0.56~0.73.Conclusion The present study shows that water in Fuziling reservoir has been contaminated in light or moderate levels,classified as Class II for surface water and eutrophication in moderate level.
