冷却水中嗜肺军团菌的免疫层析和抗原快速检测法 被引量:5

Evaluation of Immunochromatography and Antigen Assay for Rapid Detection of Legionella pneumophila in Cooling Water

摘要 目的评价免疫层析法和抗原法现场检测冷却水中嗜肺军团菌的效果。方法选取100个集中空调冷却塔,每个塔采集一份冷却水样品,分别用免疫层析法和培养法检测嗜肺军团菌Ⅰ血清型(Lp1);另外选取100个集中空调冷却塔,每个塔采集一份冷却水样品,分别用抗原法和培养法检测Lp1。结果免疫层析法检测水样品中Lp1的灵敏度和特异度分别为83.1%和34.3%,与培养法比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.058)。抗原法检测水样品中Lp1的灵敏度和特异度分别为62.5%和47.7%,与培养法比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.880)。结论免疫层析法和抗原法均适用于冷却水中Lp1检测,使用中注意各自的灵敏度和特异度。 Objective To evaluate the immunochromatography and antigen assay for rapid detection of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water.Methods 100 cooling water samplers were detected by culture and immunochromatographic assay to identify Legionella pneumophila(Lp1) and the other 100 samplers were detected by culture and antigen assay to identify Legionella pneumophila(Lp1).Results The sensitivity and specificity of immunochromatographic assay was 83.1% and 34.3%,and for the antigen assay they were 62.5% and 47.7%.Conclusion Immunochromatography and antigen assay can be considered as the rapid methods for the detection of Lp1 in cooling water.
