水体污染物致肝癌发生因素及其作用机制研究进展

Contaminants in Water and Liver Cancers:a Review of Recent Studies

肝癌的发生是多因素、多途径、多阶段作用的结果,其中,环境因素在肝癌发生的成因中贡献着重要作用。被污染的水体含有多种致癌物质,而在水体中对肝癌的发生起主要作用的物质有藻类毒素、重金属等。该文就水体中主要的致肝癌因素、进入人体途径以及致肝癌的机制作一综述。

Hepatocellular carcinoma is the result of multi-factors,multi-routes and multi-stages,the environmental factors play an important role in all causes.The polluted water contains many carcinogens,meanwhile carcinogens which play a major role to the formation of hepatocellular carcinoma are algae toxin and heavy metals.In this paper,the main pollution factors in water which can cause the hepatocellular carcinoma,the routes for entering the body and the mechanism for causing hepatocellular carcinoma were introduced.
