摘要
目的探讨卟啉对卷烟主流烟气中烟草特有N-亚硝胺(TSNAs)的截留效果及其作用机制。方法在卷烟滤嘴中分别加入2.0、4.0、6.0、8.0μg/支的卟啉,采用气相色谱-热能分析联用法测定主流烟气中TSNAs的含量,并计算其截留率,采用紫外可见光谱法测定卟啉与TSNAs的相互作用。结果卷烟主流烟气中的TSNAs含量随着卟啉的增加而降低,最高降低率可达46.67%,得到了卟啉与TSNAs线性关系良好的B-H方程及3.42×103~1.40×104的结合常数。结论卟啉对卷烟主流烟气中的TSNAs有明显的截留效果,卟啉与TSNAs发生了相互作用。
Objective To explore the interception effect and functionary mechanism of tobacco-specific N-nitrosamines(TSNAs) in cigarette mainstream smoke using porphyrin.Methods Porphyrins were added into cigarette filter at the doses of 2.0,4.0,6.0 and 8.0 μg per cigarette.The TSNAs in cigarette mainstream smoke was determined by the method with GC-TEA.The interactions of porphyrin and TSNAs were analyzed by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy method.Results The contents of TSNAs in cigarette mainstream smoke decreased with the increases of the contents of porphyrin added into the cigarette filters and the maximum lower rate was 46.67%.The interaction happened between porphyrin and TSNAs,the equation of Benesi-Hildbrand of the good linear relationship and combination coefficients(3.42×103-1.40×104) were obtained.Conclusion Porphyrin has a obvious effectiveness in removal of TSNAs in cigarette mainstream smoke.Porphyrin may interact on TSNAs.
