摘要
为了消除三相交流电机,尤其是中、高压电机的起动冲击电流对电网和电机本身带来的危害,研制了一种基于PLC200的磁控软起动装置。综合多种软起动控制方法的优缺点,采取了一种灵活、简单、有效的起动控制方法。并投入11 kW绕线式风机带载的软起动运行,试验结果证明了该装置具有能平滑起动电机、综合保护措施完善、可靠性高等特点。
In order to eliminate the harmness of the starting current of the three-phase AC motor,in particular,the middle-voltage and high-voltage motor,the magnetron soft start device is developed based on PLC200.One kind of flexible,simple and effective soft start control method is advanced according to advantages and disadvantages of various control methods used in soft start device.The experiment on the 11 kW wound fan is implemented.The experimental results show that the device can smoothly start motor with multiply protection measures and high reliability.
