瓦楞纸箱成型过程的非线性有限元分析

摘要 基于APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language)语言,建立瓦楞纸箱成型过程中MD(machine direction)和CD(cross direction)方向的压痕折叠工艺的有限元分析模型,运用接触分析及MPC(Multipoint Constraint)技术,在考虑瓦楞纸板材料非线性及几何非线性的基础上,对瓦楞纸板的压痕及折叠过程进行了模拟仿真,得到了瓦楞纸板的变形图、最大应力及折叠力矩,可为完善工艺流程提供了参考。 The APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language) was used in this paper to simulate the indentation folding process of the finite element analysis model,with the shaping process of corrugated boxes in direction MD(machine direction) and CD(cross direction).First the model was built up.Then Contact analysis and the MPC(Multipoint Constraint) technology were used to simulate the creasing and folding process of the corrugated board,considering the corrugated board material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity,the deformation of corrugated cardboard map,maximum stress and the folding torque were presented.It can provide the process a reference.
