摘要
针对钢板包装中存在的问题,对钢板包装捆扎系统的力学性能和计算模型进行了研究,计算和分析了钢板的变形和应力,校核了平板皱损、压杆稳定、横木和纵梁的强度;并根据各种钢板规格确定了包装时横木框架的横木和纵梁的根数,分析了横木和纵梁的根数对钢板应力和变形的影响。同时,基于ANSYS11.0对钢板包装捆扎系统进行了有限元分析,其研究结果可为钢板包装捆扎设计提供理论依据。
For the problems existing in steel plate packaging,the mechanical properties and calculation model are mainly studied.The calculation and analysis of plate deformation and stress,check of a flat wrinkle loss,struts stability and the strength of crossbar and stringers are discussed.Besides,according to various steel specifications the number of crossbar and stringers of the framework packaging are identified,as well as how they effect stress and deformation of steel plate is analyzed.Meanwhile,a finite element analysis of the steel plate bundled packaging system based on ANSYS11.0 is made,and the research results provide the theory basis for steel palte bundled packaging design.
