基于熵理论的网络组织结构评价模型

Structure Evaluation Model of Network Organization Based on Entropy

广泛存在的网络组织降低了全球化给企业带来的不确定性,越来越多的学者开始对网络组织进行研究以探索满足现代社会范式的企业组织形式。组织结构对组织绩效产生影响,因此对组织结构的研究是管理学重要研究领域之一,但如何评价网络组织这一新型组织的结构,目前尚缺乏系统的研究。归纳了几种典型的网络组织结构,结合物理学的熵理论,运用时效质量分析模型从信息流的角度定量评价不同网络组织结构的有序度。研究表明,立体双核网络结构比环形单核网络结构的有序度更高。

Since the emergence of network organizations reduces the globalization uncertainty to enterprises,more and more studies focus on network organization in order to seek the right organization form that meets the need of modern society.Organization structure is a key area of management science because structure does have an important impact on organizational performance.Since complete analysis and detail discussion about the network structure evaluation is little,this paper concluded some typical types of network structure,and put forward a time effect quality model in order to computer the order degree.It proved that multiplex multi-kernel network is more orderly than single-core network.
