中国科技期刊开放存取出版模式探析

Analysis of Models for Open Access Publishing of Chinese Sci-tech Journals

介绍了开放存取(Open Access,OA)出版模式的由来、概念及其产生背景,从期刊价格、运作方式灵活、使用权较充分、出版传播及时和获取利用简便等方面归纳分析了开放存取期刊的主要优势,认为经费支持问题、质量控制问题、知识产权问题、有效的存取方式、科学界的认可程度等是开放存取期刊目前所面临的主要问题。最后,提出了在我国开展开放存取期刊的建议。

The origin,concept and background of models for open access publishing were presented.The advantages of open access journals were the price of journals,flexible ways of operation,full rights of use,publishing without delay,easy to obtain.It was considered that open access journals were faced with the problems of business model,quality control and intellectual property rights,effective ways of access,the approval of scientists.A proposal for developing open access journals in China was put forward.
