壳聚糖铁的合成及其铁含量的测定 被引量:6

Synthesis of Chitosan Iron and Determination of Iron

摘要 利用壳聚糖与FeCl3制成复合膜,模拟生物矿化过程,合成壳聚糖铁,并用原子吸收光谱法测定壳聚糖铁(Ⅲ)的含量。结果表明:壳聚糖铁是红褐色晶体,易溶于水,在pH值3~12范围内不沉淀,不水解。原子吸收光谱法测定壳聚糖铁的含铁量为28.56%。 To prepare chitosan iron in imitating the process of iron biominerlization both chitosan and FeCl3 are selected to be prepared into complex films.The determination of iron was conducted with the method of ferroin-Fe(Ⅱ) and atomic absorption spectrophometry.The results showed that: chitosan iron is heavy brownish red and shapeless powder.It can dissolve in water,its solution is very stable at the pH from 3 to 12.Content of chitosan iron is 28.56% by the method of atomic absorption.
