胰腺癌淋巴结清扫范围的探讨 被引量：4

摘要 早期胰腺癌因缺乏典型症状，患者初次就诊时病情已多属中、晚期，切除率很低，总体预后差。近年来胰腺癌发病率的不断提高，胰腺癌治疗的现状令人担忧。随着手术技术的提高，胰腺癌手术切除率也不断提高，但胰腺癌患者总的5年生存率仍徘徊在5％～10％。术后病灶转移和复发依旧是目前胰腺癌难以根治的瓶颈所在，淋巴转移是胰腺癌术后生存时间的独立影响因素。因此，做到规范的根治性手术切除和彻底的淋巴廓清具有重要意义。
