放射治疗在胰腺癌综合治疗中的作用
摘要
胰腺癌的发病率在全球范围内呈逐渐升高的趋势,具有恶性度高、进展快、易复发及转移等特点,多数发现时病期较晚,故预后较差。2008年美国的新增病例为37 680例,34 290例患者死于该疾病。1996—2004年,美国胰腺癌患者总的5年生存率为5.1%。
