细胞Nesprin蛋白的相关研究 被引量：1

摘要 Nesprin蛋白是新发现的细胞核膜蛋白质,有20余种蛋白质亚型,其中Nesprin-1和Nesprin-2是两种主要的Nesprin蛋白亚型,在细胞分化、细胞周期有丝分裂、RNA的复制转运、细胞核膜的稳定方面起重要作用。Nesprin蛋白及其相关核膜蛋白的缺失会影响细胞骨架蛋白的动态平衡,
