多囊卵巢综合征患者行体外受精-胚胎移植的结局及相关影响因素

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS）在育龄妇女发病率为4%～12%,是一种发病多因性、临床表现呈多态性的内分泌综合征,以高雄激素和不规律月经为主要临床特征,后者可导致不孕[1-2]。PCOS的特点由其发生机制所决定,该机制导致下丘脑—垂体—卵巢—肾上腺各部位功能异常,并伴有代谢异常。相关的代谢功能失调包括：
