血清脂蛋白残粒胆固醇在冠心病诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究血清脂蛋白残粒胆固醇(remnant lipoprotein cholesterol,RLP-c)含量,探讨RLP-c与其他常规血脂指标的关系及其在冠心病(CHD)诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:采用日立HITACHI7080全自动生化分析仪定量测定108例CHD患者血清脂蛋白残粒胆固醇,同时检测TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、VLDL-C等生化指标,各组间进行比对。结果:CHD组RLP-c水平(0.49±0.23)mmol/L明显高于对照组,与TC、TG、LDL-c及VLDL-c升高和HDL-c下降呈较好的一致性;且不同病情组患者的RLP-c水平也存在明显的统计学差异:SAP(0.33±0.15)mmol/L<UAP(0.53±0.27)mmol/L<AMI(0.59±0.31)mmol/L。冠心病症患者血清RLP-c水平与TG、VLDL-c呈正相关,与其他血脂指标无显著相关。结论:血清RLP-c水平升高与TG、VLDL-c水平升高和HDL-c水平下降一样,可作为动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素,对CHD的临床预测和病情评估具有重要价值。
