城镇失业人员致贫因素实证研究——以西安地区为例

An Empirical Study on Poverty Factors of Urban Unemployed Workers——Take Xi'an for Example

改革开放30年间,在经济的高速增长和开发式扶贫政策的共同作用下,中国取得了举世瞩目的大规模减贫成就,为全球的反贫困事业做出了重要贡献。然而,随着中国经济转型及国有企业改制,城镇贫困问题依然是一个我们不容忽视的社会问题。本文以城镇失业人员为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方法,运用SPSS统计分析软件对造成其贫困的因素进行了分析,并依据数据处理结论结合现实社会存在的特殊现象提出针对性的政策建议。

During the 30-year reform and opening up,with the rapid economic growth and development-oriented poverty reduction policy worked together,China has achieved remarkable achievements in large-scale poverty reduction,and made an important contribution to the Goble anti-poverty.However,with the transformation of China＇s economic and restructuring of state-owned enterprises,urban poverty remains a social problem that can not be ignored.This paper,taking urban unemployed workers in Xi＇an as the research objects,empirically studies the factors that affect their poverty through the questionnaire and the SPSS statistical analysis software.Then,the specific policy recommendations are made based on the combination between the data processing and the special phenomena in social reality.
