摘要
论文综述了我国能源效率影响因素的国内研究文献。现有文献主要集中于研究产业结构、能源消费结构、技术进步、对外开放对能源效率的影响。关于产业结构变动的影响方向和程度还存在争论;在能源消费结构的影响方面,多数研究发现煤炭相对比重的下降有利于提高能源效率;对于技术进步和对外开放的影响,基本上也是持肯定的观点。此外,还有少数文献研究了市场经济体制、能源价格、所有制结构等因素对能源效率的影响。
This paper reviews the domestic research papers about the impacting factors on the energy efficiency.The papers mainly concentrate on the impacting factors of energy efficiency including industrial structure,energy consumption structure,technological progress and opening up.With regard to the impacting direction and degree of industrial structure on the energy efficiency,there is still a certain controversy;for the impact of energy consumption structure,the majority of studies found a decline in the relative share of coal is conducive to improving energy efficiency;for the impact of technological progress and opening up,most studies also hold positive view.In addition,a small number of papers have researched the impact of market economy,energy prices,ownership structure and other factors on energy efficiency.
