文革时期修正主义科研路线批判的法学反思

文革时期,在科技领域内由"反修防修"口号生成和发展起来的对修正主义科研路线的批判,是与毛泽东为首的中国共产党人对国际国内政治形势的错误判断联系在一起的,其严重破坏了社会主义科技和法制建设,使得中国社会现代性因素呈现出日益缩小的趋势,科技法制建设完全中断并进入了悲剧时代。历史告诉我们,文革对修正主义科研路线的批判,不是也不可能是任何意义上的革命或社会进步。

During the culture revolution,in the field of science and technology the criticism formed and developed from the slogan ＂combat and prevent revisionism＂,which was against the scientific research line of revisionism,was combined with wrong criticism of the Chinese communists headed by Mao Zedong on international and national political situation.It disrupted seriously the socialist scientific and legal construction,made modernity factors of society in China smaller and smaller per day.Scientific and technological and legal construction was totally interrupted and entered an age of tragedy.We can learn from the history that the criticism of culture revolution on the scientific research line of revisionism is not and can not be as well a revolution or social advance in any sence.
