2002—2009年宁波市江北区居民恶性肿瘤死亡情况及减寿分析

An Analysis on Death and Years of Life Lost of Residents Caused by Malignancy in Ningbo Jiangbei District from 2002 to 2009

目的了解浙江省宁波市江北区居民2002—2009年恶性肿瘤死亡情况,为恶性肿瘤的防治工作提供依据。方法死因资料来源于2002—2009年宁波市江北区户籍居民病伤死因监测资料,按照《国际疾病分类》ICD-10的标准进行分类,应用SAS9.1软件对恶性肿瘤死亡率、标化死亡率、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、潜在减寿率(PYLL率)等指标进行分析。结果 2002—2009年,江北区恶性肿瘤年均死亡率为200.32/10万,居全死因第1位;PYLL率为25.40‰。恶性肿瘤中,肝癌死亡率为43.68/10万,占21.80%,居第1位;其次为肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、结肠直肠和肛门癌;PYLL率从高到低依次为肝癌,胃癌,肺癌,食管癌,结肠、直肠和肛门癌。结论江北区恶性肿瘤死亡率呈上升趋势,是居民的首位死因,应针对其分布特征和影响因素采取相应对策与措施。

Objective To learn death of residents associated with malignancy in Ningbo Jiangbei district of Zhejiang province. Methods Data was acquired from the official database of death cause of residents registered in Ningbo Jiangbei district from 2002 to 2009. The data was then categorized and encoded according to ICD-10 （International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th vision）, and studied on mortality rate, standardized mortality rate, potential years of life lost （PYLL）, potential years of life lost rate （PYLL%）, etc. Results From 2002-2009, malignancy toped all death causes in Jiangbei district, with an average mortality rate of 200.32 per 100 000 and PYLL rate of 25.40%. Among all malignancies, liver cancer was No. 1 death cause, taking a share of 21.8% with mortality rate 43.68 per 100 000. Followed were lung cancer, gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, colon cancer, rectal cancer, and anal cancer. Gastric cancer was listed before lung cancer in terms of PYLL rate. Conclusion With malignance induced mortality rate keep rising, it has become the NO.1 cause of death in Jiangbei district. Measures need to be taken in accordance with its distributive characteristics and effecting factors.
