肥胖的群体水平影响因素研究进展

The Research Progress of Influential Factors for Obesity at Population Level

肥胖是全球面临的严重公共健康问题,肥胖的直接原因是机体能量摄入和能量消耗的不平衡。在个体水平,人们对肥胖有着深刻认识,有很好的控制措施。然而,近年来人群肥胖率迅速上升,由此带来的慢性病负担逐渐加重。这主要是由于在群体水平上,肥胖的发生过程相当复杂,不适用于传统病因理论,它受到生物易感性和相关食物因素、物理因素、文化因素及其增强或者限制人类行为的经济环境因素的交互作用的影响。在群体水平上综述了肥胖相关影响因素的研究进展,为人群肥胖控制策略和政策的制定提供参考。

Obesity is a serious global public health problems, the direct cause of obesity is the imbalance in energy intake and expenditure. There is a deep understand of obesity at individual level, and some effective intervention measures have been implementing all over the world. However, obesity population are increasing with the economic development, the main cause of the phenomenon is that obesity is a complex process which does not apply to the traditional etiology theory. Such as biological susceptibility, foods related factors, physical factors, and cultural factors and enhance or limit human behavior factors of the economic environment can easily interact and affect the energy balance. This article reviewed the risk factors of obesity at population level and it can be helpful for strategies and policies development on obesity control.
