基于数据包络分析(DEA)的我国旅行社行业经营效率研究

DEA-based Operational Efficiency Research of China's Travel Agency

数据包络分析是数学、运筹学、数理经济学和管理科学的一个新的交叉领域,目前在经济领域得到广泛应用。应用DEA的CCR模型,以2008年《中国旅游统计年鉴》提供的数据为基础,对我国大陆31个省份旅行社的行业效率进行了定量分析。结果发现,我国各省旅行社行业的经营效率差异明显:北京、黑龙江等9省市达到技术有效;宁夏和西藏表现为规模无效而纯技术有效;辽宁、河南等4省份表现为规模有效而纯技术无效;天津、河北等16个省市表现为规模和纯技术都无效。

DEA（Data envelopment analysis） is a new cross-cutting area of mathematics、 operational research、 mathematical economics and management science,and currently widely used in the economic field.In this paper,using DEA-CCR model and the basis data of 2008 ＂China Tourism Statistical Yearbook＂,we conducted a quantitative analysis of the travel agency＇s efficiency in 31 provinces and municipalities in China's Mainland.The results show that the Operational efficiency of the China＇s provinces travel agency have significant differences： Beijing,Heilongjiang and other 7 provinces achieve effective technology;Ningxia and Xizang get invalid size and effective pure technology;4 provinces including Liaoning and Henan and etc.attain effective size and invalid pure technology;16 provinces including Tianjin,Hebei and etc.reach invalid size and invalid pure technology.
