利用外资是国家对外开放政策的重要组成部分 ,在煤炭工业利用外商直接投资领域扩大 ,规模增加的情况下 ,煤炭企业要明确利用外商投资项目的类型 ,严格审查外商的资信、做好利用外商直接投资项目的投资管理、合理预测和确定产品的成本和售价、实事求是地对项目进行经济效率分析与论证。

Utilization of foreign investments is an important part of the national policy of reforms and opening to the outside world.Under the circumstance of enlarged scope and scale of direct utilization of foreign investments by China's coal sector,coal enterprises should do a better job in investment management:rational forecast and determination of product costs and selling prices and carrying out economic efficiency analysis and evaluation on the basis of obtaining a clear idea of the types of foreign investments to be used and their distinction and carrying out strict examination of the credit of the foreign investors.
