炼钢系统工序能耗的影响因素分析 被引量:2

Analysis on affecting factors of process energy consumption in steelmaking system

摘要 根据历年全国重点钢铁企业和首钢转炉工序能耗变化,简述中国钢铁企业转炉炼钢节能技术进步和首钢转炉负能炼钢的情况。通过首钢北京、首秦和迁钢三地钢厂钢产量、炼钢工序能耗、转炉工序能耗及连铸工序能耗变化,阐述钢产量与不同工序能耗之间的关系。重点分析新旧折标系数、转炉煤气回收量等因素对转炉、炼钢工序能耗的影响。在对比分析国内先进转炉煤气回收量的基础上,指出转炉、炼钢工序的节能潜力,并提出基本对策和建议。 The progress of energy-saving technology for converter steelmaking in Chinese steel enterprises and minus energy steelmaking technology of converter in Shougang are introduced based on historical data.Relationships between steel output and energy consumption for different steelmaking processes,including converter and continuous casting,are established according to the operating data of SHOUGANG's three steelmaking plants.Emphasis is laid on analyzing the effect of the new-to-old coefficient,LDG recovery quantity on the energy consumption of converter process as well as whole steelmaking process.Based on comparison and analysis to LDG recovery quantity of advanced steel enterprises in China,the energy-saving potential for converter and steelmaking processes,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
