The Coordination Research between Urban Planing and Land Use Planing of Liucheng County

城市规划和土地利用总体规划的冲突与矛盾是近年来规划实施过程中遇到的突出问题之一。本文在分析了两规在采用基础数据、规划范围、规划指标、空间布局等方面的矛盾冲突的基础上,从基础数据、人口、用地规模、空间布局等方面对柳城县"两规"衔接的重点进行了探讨。

In recent years, one of the outstanding problems in the process of planning implementation is the conflict and contradiction between urban planning and land use planing in China. The paper discnsses convergence focus of urban planning and land use planning of Liucheng County from the basic data, population, land scale, spatial layout and other aspects based on the analysis of the two plannings＂ conflict in the use of basic data, planning scope, planning targets, spatial layout, etc.
