我国土地征收过程中失地农民安置方式比较研究

Comparative Research on Resettlement Modes for Land-lost Farmers in Process of Land Expropriation in China

随着我国经济建设和社会发展的需要,政府向农村征收土地愈发频繁,而缺乏其他生存技能的失地农民的安置成为了又一难题。本文在介绍土地征收流程的基础上就八种不同的安置方式进行分析,对各种方式的优劣势作了比较研究,提出了完善征地补偿机制、发挥政府主导作用等建议。

The government expropriates land with a high frequency to cater the need of the economic and social development. However, the resettlement of the land-lost farmers who lack skills becomes another problem. This essay will give a brief introduction of 8 modes on the basis of land expropriation process, and study the advantages and disadvantages of them from a comparative perspective. Then we give several advices such as improving the compensation system and enhancing the leadership of government.
