摘要
对某置换通风焊接整体厂房进行了气流组织试验,在正常工况下测试了温湿度、臭氧浓度、室内压强、室内风速、送风风速、回风口风速等数据,并将流速分布与数值模拟计算的流场结果进行了对比。试验发现该厂房采用置换通风方式温湿度分布均匀,臭氧浓度、室内压强、工作区风速均达到设计要求,且采用CFD方法模拟计算出的结果可以反映出真实的流速分布。
An air distribution test was carried out in a welding plant with displacement ventilation systems. Measurements of temperature, humidity, ozone concentration, indoor air static pressure, indoor air velocity, supply air velocity and return air velocity, were done under a normal working condition, and the velocity distribution under test was compared with the flow field result of numerical simulation. The result of test shows that the temperature and humidity are well - distributed in this displacement ventilation plant, and ozone concentration, indoor pressure and wind speed in the work area all meet the design requirements. Besides, the result simulated by CFD can reflect the true velocity distribution.
