总结分析了皖北前岭煤矿煤与瓦斯突出现象及基本特征，确定了同一井田在煤层瓦斯含量等相近的条件下，煤体结构的破碎是影响煤与瓦斯突出的主要因素，同时提出了在煤层滑褶构造区，滑褶构造体的前端因局部残余构造应力集中和煤层增厚而成为煤与瓦斯强突出区的观点。

The paper summarized coal and gas outburst phenomena in Qianling Coal Mine in north Anhui province and their basic behaviors, came to the conclusion that the main factor affecting coal and gas outburst was the fractured coal structure under conditions of similar gas content in coal seams in the same mining field,and put forward the strong coal and gas outburst area caused by local residual structural stress concentration and seam thickness increase in front of sliding and folded structure in the sliding and folded seam structural area.
