超高效液相色谱法测定女贞子不同炮制品中女贞苷含量

Comparison of Content of Nuezhenoside in Different Processed Products of Ligustrum Lucidum Ait

目的:建立分析女贞子中女贞苷的超高效液相色谱的定量分析方法。方法:采用UPLC测定女贞子生品和各炮制品中女贞苷的含量。结果:女贞苷线性范围25μg.mL-1～800μg.mL-1(r=0.9990),平均回收率(n=5)为99.10%(RSD=2.1%)。女贞子生品及各炮制品中女贞苷的含量在1.07%～1.20%,炮制方法对其含量有影响但变化不大。结论:所建立的灵敏快速的UPLC方法可用于测定女贞子药材及其炮制品中女贞苷的含量,为女贞子药材及其炮制品质量控制提供参考。

Objective：To study on processing on the content of nuezhenoside in the fruit of Ligustrum Lucidum Ait.Method：The sample were separated on an ACQUITY C18（100mm × 2.1mm,1.7um）column,UPLC was used to detect the content of nuezhenoside in crude drugs and different processed products of Ligustrum Lucidum Ait.Result：The content of nuezhenoside were in the range of 1.07 ～ 1.20% in the different processed products,processing methods affected its content,but there was little effect on it.Conclusion： The method for quantitation of nuezhenoside in Ligustrum Lucidum Ait was accurate and reliable,which can be used to evaluate the quality of Ligustrum Lucidum Ait.
