建立公平合理的利益分配机制是均衡煤炭供应链建设与管理的关键。在供应链利益分配研究成果的基础上,提出了"Shapley值法为基础、多因素综合修正、直觉模糊原理确定修正系数"的均衡煤炭供应链合作伙伴利益分配研究思路和具体方法。该研究应用于某煤炭企业集团,实例验证了该方法可行实用。

Establishing a fair and reasonable profit allocation mechanism holds the key to building and managing a balanced coal supply chain.This paper proposes a new idea of profit allocation among partners in coal supply chain,based on＂the Shapley valve,the multi-factors synthetical modification, the confirmation of modificatory coefficient＂,and a commentary on the existing research.The practice shows the feasibility of the developed method.
