摘要 利用电磁搅拌凝固AI-Si亚共晶合金。实验中发现,电磁搅拌使合金的宏观组织得到明显细化。在显微组织中,随着电磁搅拌增强,α-Al枝晶向非枝晶转化;同时,液相流动促进了Si相生长,使之发生粗化,相间距增加。 A hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy was solidified by an electromagnetic stirring (EMS) method. It wasobserved in the experiment that the macrostructure was notably refined due to EMS. The transformation ofdendrites into non-dendritic grains of proeutectic α-Al phase occurred as the EMS was intensified. Moreover, themelt flow enhanced growth of Si phase and coarsening of the microstructure, and increased the interphasespacing.
