摘要
目的:探讨创伤性膈肌破裂(TDR)的诊断与治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析我院1998年7月至2009年8月收治的45例TDR的临床资料。结果:治愈42例(93%),死亡3例(7%)。结论:早期诊断、及时正确处理是提高治愈率、降低死亡率的关键。
Objective：To explore the experience of diagnosis and the treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic rupture （TDR）. Method： The clinical data of 45 patients with TDR were analyzed retrospectively from Ju1.1998 to Aug.2009. Results： 42 （93%） cases were cured while 3 （7%） cases died. Conclusions： Early diagnosis,promptly treatment and correct processing are the key point to enhance the cure rate and reduce the mortality.
