侧脑室穿刺引流联合双针鞘内脑脊液置换术治疗脑室出血临床观察

Clinic Observing of Treating Ventricle Bleeding with Side Ventricle Puncture Leading Fiow Conbining with Replacement Brain-ridge Liquid with Pricker Inner Sheath

目的:探讨脑室穿刺引流联合双针鞘内脑脊液置换治疗脑室出血的疗效。方法:采用脑穿刺针行侧脑室穿刺置管引流脑室内血性积液同时作双针鞘内脑脊液置换术治疗46例脑室出血患者,与以往单独行脑室穿刺引流治疗的48例脑室出血患者比较,分析两种治疗方法的有效率及脑积水发生率。结果:治疗组存活40例,死亡6例,而对照组存活33例,死亡15例,死亡率分别为1 3%和31.3%。结论:侧脑室穿刺联合双针鞘内脑脊液置换术疗效优于单独侧脑室穿刺引流术。

Objective： To discuss curative effect of treating ventricle bleeding with side ventricle puncture leading flow combining with replacement brain-ridge liquid with two pricker inner sheath. Methods： 46 cases patient with ventricle bleeing were treated with side ventricle puncture leading flow combining with replacement brain-ridge liquid with two pricker inner sheath, And comparing with the 48 cases patient with ventricle bieeding were treated with only side vetricle puncture leading flow, analyzing efficiency rate and waterhend occurring rate and waterhead occurring rate of two methods. Results ： The living and death people of treatment group was separately 40eases, 6eases, that of the control group was 33cases and 15cases, and the dealt rate was separately 13% and 31.3%. Conclusions：The method of side ventricle puncture leading flow combining with replacement brain-ridge liquid two pricker inner sheath is better than that of only side ventricle puncture leading flow.
