帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛在无痛人流术中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛作用在无痛人流术中的应用效果。方法:将妊娠40-60天要求终止妊娠的健康产妇160例随机分为丙泊酚组(P组)和丙泊酚复合帕瑞昔布钠组(T组)各80例。P组单纯用丙泊酚静注,根据需要追加,T组在给丙泊酚10 min前先静注帕瑞昔布钠40 mg。分别观察术前、术中3 min及术毕清醒时的心率、血压、氧饱和度、呼吸频率的变化及麻醉效果。结果:P组术中血压和呼吸频率低于T组,T组术中生命体征平稳,清醒时间较短,术后疼痛减轻。结论:丙泊酚复合帕瑞昔布钠可安全有效地应用于无痛人流手术。 Objective:To investigate the effects of preemptive analgesia with parecoxib for patients undergoing painless induced abortion. Methods: 160 pregnancy women undergoing painless induced abortion were randomized into two groups:intravenous injection of propofol (group P,n=80)and intravenous injection of propofol combined with pareeoxib (group T,n=80). HR,BP,SpO2, RR and analgesia effect were observed at different times. Results: BP and RR in group P during operation was lower than those in group T. The score of VAS in group P was higher than that in group T at 30 and 60 minutes after recovery of consciousness. Conclusions:Intravenous injection of propofol combined with parecoxib in painless induced abortion is an effective and safety method.
