经颅彩色多普勒超声及经颅超声造影在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用 被引量:7

Application of transcranial and contrast enhanced transcranial color-coded sonography in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms

摘要 目的探讨经颅彩色多普勒超声(TCCS)及经颅超声造影(CE-TCCS)在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法对30例颅内动脉瘤患者分别行经颅彩色多普勒超声及经颅超声造影检查,并对造影前后不同大小及不同部位颅内动脉瘤的检出结果进行比较。结果 (1)经颅彩色多普勒超声及经颅超声造影均未检出小型动脉瘤(0/3),经颅超声造影对一般型、大型及巨大型颅内动脉瘤的显示例数(24/30)多于经颅彩色多普勒超声(20/30)。(2)经颅超声造影可显示全部直径≥1.0cm的颅内动脉瘤(18/18),而直径〈1.0cm的动脉瘤经颅超声造影显示例数较少(6/12)。(3)经颅彩色多普勒超声及经颅超声造影可显示全部大脑中动脉动脉瘤(7/7)。结论经颅超声造影可提高对颅内动脉瘤尤其是直径≥1.0cm颅内动脉瘤的显示率。 Objective To explore the value of transcranial color-coded sonography and transcranial contrast-enhanced ultrasound in intracranial aneurysms. Methods A total of thirty patients with intracranial aneurysms were imaged using transcranial color-coded sonography and transcranial contrast-enhanced ultrasound, respectively. The display rate of aneurysms with different sizes and locations were compared with MRA or DSA. Results The transcranial color-coded sonography and transcranial contrast-enhanced ultrasound in display of small size aneurysms were not used. The display rate of transcranial contrast-enhanced ultrasound was higher than transcranial color-coded sonography in general, larger and gigantic aneurysms. The display rate of transcranial contrast-enhanced ultrasound was (18/18) for the aneurysms with a diameter of more than 1.0 cm, as well as (6/12) for the neurysms with a diameter of less than 1.0 cm. The display rate of middle cerebral artery (MCA) was (7/7) by transcranial color-coded sonography and transcranial contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Conclusions Transcranial contrast-enhanced ultrasound can increase the display rate of intracranial aneurysms, especially for the aneurysms with a diameter of more than 1.0 cm.
