二维结合彩色多普勒血流成像对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of ultrasonography in patients with benign and malignant breast tumor

目的探讨乳腺良恶性肿瘤的二维及彩色多普勒血流成像的特点,提高乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断的准确率。方法对经手术病理证实的42例乳腺癌及38例乳腺良性肿瘤的二维及彩色多普勒血流成像特点进行回顾性分析。结果乳腺良恶性肿块声像图的鉴别以肿块边界特征最为重要,彩色多普勒显示乳腺癌内的血流较良性肿瘤丰富(P<0.01);乳腺癌的血流分布特征异常,血流阻力指数(RI)与乳腺良性肿瘤之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二维超声声像图结合彩色多普勒血流成像对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要价值。

Objective To evaluate the features of two-dimensional ultrasonography（2DUS） and color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） in patients with benign and malignant breast tumor.Methods The features of 2DUS and CDFI were respectively analysed in 42 cases with breast cancers and 38 cases with benign breast tumors diagnosed by pathological examination.Results The feature of tumor boundaries were utmost important for differentiation between benign and malignant breast tumor.The blood flow in the breast cancer was more abundant than that in the benign tumor（P0.01） by color Doppler ultrasound.The characteristics of blood flow was revealed in the breast cancer and the resistance index（RI） was different between benign and malignant neoplasms（P0.05）.Conclusion The two-dimensional ultrasonography with color Doppler flow imaging is of importance in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor.
