摘要
根据相似理论原理,研制了人工冻土影响下多绳提升钢井架的模型试验系统.通过模型试验及理论分析,获得了钢井架在荷载及基础沉降作用下的应变及应力.分析了井架结构的内力分布规律,探讨了井架受人工冻土影响的薄弱环节,为推广利用多绳提升钢井架进行冻结法凿井提供了试验数据和理论依据.试验值与理论值的较好吻合验证了利用空间结构分析程序进行井架设计的可行性.
Based on the principle of similarity theory, a simulated experimental system of multirope hosting steel headframe influenced by artificially frozen ground is researched and built up. The strain and stress of headframe subjected to various loads and unequal settlement of its foundation have been acquired through the model experiment and theoretical analysis. The internal stress distribution of headframe is analysed, and the weak aspects of the steel headframe are then deduced from test and calculation. The research has provided the experimental data and theoretical criteria for spreading freeze sinking with the multirope hoisting steel headframe. The test results are well agreed with that of theoretical analysis. Meanwhile, the feasibility of its designing with space structural analysis program has been verified.
