摘要
介绍了刚性井筒装备结构的特性和作用在刚性井筒装备上荷载的特性.运用相似模拟原理建立了刚性井筒装备与提升容器相互共同作用的模拟试验装置,进行了动力响应的模拟试验.试验表明井筒装备上的应力变化与水平力的作用规律和井筒装备的固有频率有关,且提升容器与井筒装备系统有出现共振的可能性.研究得出的动力放大系数,可用于刚性井筒装备的结构设计计算.
The characteristics of the rigid shaft furniture structure and the force acting on the rigid shaft furniture are introduced. Based on the similarity theory, the model test device in which the interaction between hoisting conveyance and rigid shaft furniture is taken into account was built, and the dynamic response model test was carried out. The test results indicate that 1) the stress variation of shaft furniture is related to the regularity of horizontal force and the natural frequency of shaft furniture, and 2) the system of hoisting conveyance and shaft furniture resonance is possible. The dynamic amplification coefficient is obtained and it can be used in the calculation for the shaft furniture structural design.
