摘要
从学术人员的工作系统、生存系统和价值系统来看,目前我国高校学术队伍建设存在强调利用外部激励来推动学术发展、学术人员的待遇不高导致学术人才流失以及道德约束机制缺失等问题。建议完善合理的学术评价机制,进一步改善研究条件以及加强师风师德建设,从而切实推进高校学术队伍建设。
Based o the work position,survival system and value system of academic personnel,this paper studies the problems for the development of China's university academic teams.It is argued that material incentives do not work on all occasions.Instead,more attention should be paid to the improvement of academic assessment system and teachers' professional integrity.
