摘要
高校教学督导应在教育教学理念、学科专业知识、教学科研、人格以及教评研说等方面具有相应的素养,同时,高校还应适时进行督导模式的发展创新,这样才可能真正使督导的职责得以实现。
University teaching superintendents should be good at expertise,teaching and research,and personality.This paper argues that innovation should be made to the university superintendent model.
