摘要
MicroRNA能够通过与靶mRNA特异性的碱基配对引起靶mRNA的降解或者翻译抑制,在细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、基因调控及疾病的发生,尤其是肿瘤中起着重要的作用。目前认为miRNA在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中具有与癌基因或抑癌基因相似的作用。单核甘酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)主要是指在基因组水平上由单个核苷酸的变异所引起的DNA序列多态性。本文对miRNA SNP的产生与肿瘤及耐药性的关系等予以综述。
MicroRNA(miRNA) is a class of non-coding endogenous small molecule single strand RNA,which can regulate the complementary mRNA through degradation or translation of the mRNA targets.It plays an important role in cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,gene regulation,and development of diseases,particularly in tumor.It is recognized that miRNAs may function as oncogene or antioncogene in the development of tumor.Single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) mainly refers to the level of the genome by a single nucleotide polymorphism mutation caused by DNA sequence polymorphism.This review focused on SNP in miRNA and its correlation with tumors as well as drug resistance.
