摘要
目的筛选疑似糖尿病敏感小型猪。方法测定79头(10～14月龄)实创巴马小型猪的体重指数、糖耐量,以及空腹血清GLU、TG、TC、HDL-C和LDL-C值,以空腹血糖值和糖耐量试验120 min血糖值为主要依据,同时参考其他相关检测指标,选择疑似糖尿病敏感小型猪。结果选择2对小型猪开始繁殖实验。
Objective To screen out the minipigs of suspected diabetes.Methods BMI,fasting serum GLU,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C were detected and intravenous glucose tolerance test（IVGTT） were performed in 79 Shichuang Bama minipigs aged from 10 to 14 months.The minipgs were selected mainly based on fasting serum GLU level and 120 min GLU level in IVGTT,and the other reference indexes.Results Two pairs of the minipigs were selected for breeding test.
