摘要
Scheduling是运筹学和组合最优化的一个分支。国际上,Scheduling发展已经有50年。1960年,越民义编写国内第1本排序理论讲义至今也有半个世纪。Scheduling的理论和应用涉及到数学、管理、自动化、系统工程和工业工程等许多学科。回顾和比较国内外使用排序、调度等Scheduling中文译名的情况,介绍新近提出的排序与调度译法,建议在泛指Scheduling时,采用该译名。
Scheduling is a branch of Operations Research and Combinatorial Optimization.Scheduling has been progressing for 50 years in the world.In 1960 Yue Minyi wrote China＇s first textbook on Scheduling Theory.So far there is half a century.Scheduling Theory and applications relate to Mathematics,Management,Automation,Systems Engineering and Industrial Engineering,and many other disciplines.In this paper we review and compare domestic and foreign uses 排序,调度 and the other Chinese translations of Scheduling,introduce the recently proposed translation 排序与调度,recommend to apply it to refer to Scheduling in general statements.
