摘要
采用湿化学方法制备钙钛矿型氧化物编织结构材料,制成锰酸镧锶(La0.8Sr0.2MnO3,LSM)纤维布用作固体氧化物燃料电池阴极和金属连接极之间的柔性接触材料。研究了锰酸镧锶纤维布的制备工艺,并分析了浸渍工艺参数、热处理工艺等对锰酸镧锶纤维布性能的影响,确定了最优工艺参数。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对制得的锰酸镧锶纤维布的相结构与微观形貌进行表征。制备的锰酸镧锶纤维布的拉伸强度平均达到356kPa,基本满足使用要求。
By using a cost-effective wet process,the fiber cloth with perovskite structure(La0.8Sr0.2MnO3,LSM) was prepared to be used as the flexible contact material between the cathodes and interconnects of solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC).The preparation processes,technological parameters of impregnation and the effect of heat treatment on LSM cloth were investigated,and the optimum process parameters were determinated.The phase and microstructure of the cloth were studied by XRD and SEM.The tensile strength of the LSM fiber material was improved to 356KPa,which almost can meet the requirements for the application of SOFC.
