摘要
通过化学成分分析、金相检验和电子探针分析等方法分析了55 SiMnMo钢制成的中空钎杆在使用过程中发生脆性断裂的原因。结果表明:制造钎杆的圆钢中组织不均匀,特别是亮白色的富硅块状铁素体的出现,是导致其断裂的主要原因。
The brittle fracture reason of hollow drill rod of 55SiMnMo steel in service was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and electron probe analysis.The results showed that the fracture of the rod was caused by the uneven microstructure and existence of bright white-colored blocky phase of silicon rich ferrite.
