再论良好司法公信力在我国的实现——站在司法之外的视角

Carrying Out Good Public Trust for Justice in China——From the angle of external judicial environment

从司法的外部环境来讲,良好司法公信力在我国的实现有赖于法律制度的进一步完善,有赖于民众法律意识的不断增强,有赖于加强和改进党对司法工作的领导,有赖于司法经费的充足供给;必须紧紧抓住完善法律制度、提高民众法律意识、加强和改善党的领导以及改革司法经费保障制度这四个重要方面,锲而不舍地推进我国的司法公信力建设。

In terms of the external judicial environment,carrying out good public trust for justice in China depends on further improving our legal system,continually increasing the people＇s awareness of the law,strengthening and promoting the Party＇s leadership over the work of justice and sufficiently supplying for judicial fund;we should seize tightly our jobs on four important aspects,namely improving legal system,increasing the people＇s awareness of the law,strengthening and promoting the Party＇s leadership and innovating security system of judicial fund,to push forward remorselessly China＇s construction of public trust for justice.
