摘要
20世纪80年代以来,我国第三部门得到了迅猛发展,不仅数量上大大增加,而且对政治、经济、文化和社会生活的影响力日益加深。第三部门的发展需要良好的法律环境,我国现行的法律法规已经明显滞后于第三部门的发展。优化我国第三部门发展的法律环境,必须处理好第三部门的重要作用与其法律地位之间的矛盾、第一部门的扶持与限制之间的矛盾、严格的登记注册与宽松的日常监管之间的矛盾。
The third sector of China has gained rapid development not only the quantity but also the growing influence on political,economic,cultural and social life since 1980s.The third sector＇s development needs a good legal environment.The current laws and regulations of China have clearly lagged behind the development of the third sector.Optimizing the development of legal environment for the third sector of China must deal with the contradiction between the important role and the legal status of third sector,the support and limitations of the first sector,the strict registration and the relaxed daily supervision.
