物流业上市公司自主创新测度及其影响因素——基于Malmquist指数的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以2004-2008年我国48家物流业上市公司的面板数据为基础,运用Malmquist生产率指数分解出衡量自主创新的指标——技术进步指数,进而对物流业上市公司自主创新的影响因素进行实证检验,结果表明:企业人力资源水平、董事会规模、企业高管与一般雇员货币工资差距、CEO与企业高管的货币工资差距、地区经济发展程度以及外商直接投资对物流业上市公司自主创新呈显著正影响;董事会独立性、CEO与一般雇员的货币工资差距、地区教育水平对物流业上市公司自主创新呈显著负影响;企业规模、董事会会议次数以及地区交通发达程度对物流业上市公司自主创新影响不显著。 This paper decomposes Malmquist Index into technical progress index to measure independent innovation on the basis of panel data of China's 48 logistics listed companies during 2004-2008. It also conducts empirical study of the contributive factors of their independent innovation. The conclusion is that human resource level, the board size, wage gap between executives and ordinary employees, wage gap between CEO and executives, the level of regional economic development and regional direct investment have significant positive impacts on independent innovation of logistics listed companies. On the other hand, company size, frequency of board meetings, and local transportation development have no obvious impact on the independent innovation.
