摘要
在机械工程由信息处理自动化向决策自动化发展的过程中,以知识处理技术为主要研究内容,以集成化智能软件系统为主要产品的智能工程将起决定作用。智能工程在机械设计和制造中的应用将极大提高机械工程领域解决复杂工程实际问题的能力及自动化程度。本文着重讨论并行分层结构的集成化智能软件系统的原理和功能,同时就智能工程在机械领域的应用研究提出看法。
When mechanical Engineering is going from information-processing automation to decision-making automation, Intelligence Engineering (IE) plays a key role. IE focuses on the study of proper techniques in knowledge processing, including knowledge acquisition, representation, integration, coordination, management and utilization, and integrated intelligent software systems to realize such technique on computers. To face the challenge of the upcomig knowledge-intensive industry and the complexity of real world problems, it is necessary to integrate analytic form of knowledge with heuristics, integrade several expert systems with numerical packages, integrate different functions and tasks, integrate information process in different media, for raising capability of automatically handling practical engineering applications. This paper indicates the importance of IE, and discusses the architecture, principles, functions and characteristics of integrated intelligent software systems with a proposed parallel hierarchical structure. It also brings out proposals for reseach on IE applications in mechanical engineering, especially for CIMS.
