摘要
民生大厦为一99.7m混凝土高层结构.在结构布置上采用了剪力墙呈筒状布置于建筑两侧的框架-剪力墙结构形式,取得了较好的受力效果.在钢骨柱梁柱节点穿筋处理上,采用多种手段减少梁钢筋通过难度.在基础上选用了岩石独立基础+不均匀布置的抗拔锚杆的基础形式,取得较好的经济效益.
The MinSheng buildings is a 99.7m high concrete high-rise structures,which structural layout of the shear walls was used in construction.Both sides of tube-shaped arrangement in the form of the force has achieved good results.Beam-column joints in steel column handling wear bars was used in various means to reduce the beam reinforcement through the difficulty,which basis selected rock-independent-base achieves better economic results.
